Refund policy

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must have been damaged in transit. 

To start a refund, you can contact us at stylemesuite@gmail.com and attach a photograph of the damaged item. If your refund is accepted, we’ll issue a store credit to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-refundable items
Certain personal care goods cannot be refunded, such as our soaps, teas, bombs and lip balms. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for items listed as "final sale" or on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your email and photograph, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued a store credit for the cost of the item.
